WARRANTY

All bar stools carry a 12 month warranty. If the product fails due to a manufacturing defect we will repair or replace the affected part at our discretion.

Where necessary we will replace the entire unit. In the eventuality that we need to replace or repair a part of the unit or replace the entire unit the Company accepts no liability for any extra works which may be involved ie removal and or re-fitting of the product. If the product is found to be faulty due to negligence in the fitting and or use by the customer then no refund will be made and the warranty will be declared void.

The warranty is only on a Return to Base basis and the expense of transportation is to be borne by the buyer. Any alterations to the product will invalidate the warranty.

We buy our stools direct from the factories to our own specification. They all undergo stringent quality checks and are not sold unless we would have been happy to receive them ourselves.
